Earls were extremely helpful and kind when dealing with our father's death. It was very sudden and an emotional time for us. Earls took the edge off all the difficult decisions and gently guided us through this the process of arranging a funeral. Julie was particularly helpful and we cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend Earls we anybody looking for an undertaker.

It was organised very well and it went smoothly on the day. Particular thanks to Julie & Richard. It was rather expensive at over £1700 (30%) more than an almost identical funeral we arranged recently in North Devon. We did also request a non-religious celebrant and were assigned a lay preacher from the Methodist church.Whilst this was acceptable for my mother it would not have been in the case of other close relatives with strong anti-religious views.

Very pleasant and compassionate in all areas. All had great empathy and sensitivity.

Would have liked to give excellent but a few minor issues mean a very good. However, theissues were corrected and every effort was made to compensate for the errors.

they were easy to deal with in the planning of the funeral and the day itself went very smoothly and we as a family cannot thank them enough for their help and support with the arrangement of the funeral and the attention to detail they provided.
