I felt that the office was not communicating with the hospital well. My husband did not get a pm until I complained to the hospital.The service was wonderful the staff were professional and everyone said what a lovely service it was.

All the staff at Co Op were very compassionate, understanding, professional and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints and the funeral and cremation went so smoothly without a single problem. I shall recommend to anyone. Thank you all so much for helping my family through this challenging process.

The funeral director and staff are lovely and kind and when we had our meeting to organise everything paul was lovely and very understanding and knowledgeable etc. I was told they would let me know when he be cremated so we can hold our own get to gether etc. but sadly they have poor communication they either don't get back to you or they don't phone so you have to keep chasing things up. Also I wanted fingerprints and a lock of hair. The prints I fault looked liked they took it from a criminal from the police station. With a free post , random address on one side and instructions on how to take the prints on the other. As for lock of hair it was just put in a random envelope. There was no thought in to it. It's meant to be a keep sake something to keep hold off. But when you look at it , it just feels cold and thoughtless. I got better from my dog who I had cremated. As the pawprints was put along side a picture frame and lock of hair was in a lovely little jar or a option to have in a lovely little bag. This needs looking in to as this is someone loved one so when they ask for these keep sakes have a little thought to it rather then just putting it on some random card. As I said the staff was lovely and understanding hence why they got 2 stars. Sadly there lack of communication in not informing you of what's happening etc let's them down plus the thoughtless keep sakes was a right let down. I didn't look until I got home and I was so upset and disappointed.

The service provided by Co-op Funeralcare was exceptional. They seamlessly organised the whole event with respect and professionalism. The celebrant that was provided, Angela Rowe was engaging and created a lovely atmosphere for the service. The pallbearers and funeral director were immaculately dressed and very professional. Excellent service.

From the very start we were treated extremely well, much consideration as to the circumstances of the interaction and we were listened to.  There were a couple of minor misunderstandings which were quickly resolved. Very happy with the service received.

Words fail me, Paul Newman the Director was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for, totally outstanding. All friends and family involved in my husband’s funeral were overwhelmed by the amazing care and consideration given by the service provided by Paul and his staff. He and his staff made the whole sad event beautiful and memorable. We can never thank them enough.

The Coop Funeralcare team in Ashford handled my Mother's funeral with absolute professionalism, care, kindness and respect. From booking the funeral with Suzanne and on the day with Paul and his team were wonderful. I really cannot recommend their services.

you have a lovely team at the co op funeral parlour and at the crematorium. you should be very proud of them all. I could not fault them they put you at ease from start to finish. I would recommend them to everybody that needed funeral services
