All staff were very courteous, sympathetic and professional at all times. They were in constant contact ensuring everything was in order and were happy to make adaptations right up to the last moment.

I was satisfied with the overall service but having had a bereavement in April last year I did not feel  that there was the same consistency of support this time around.  

It may have been the impact of Covid restrictions  but even given that I felt I needed to seek confirmation and prompt  issues.  I wondered if I hadn’t been through the bereavement so recently  I may not have been as satisfied with the final experience 

I was fortunate  the last time to have had the consistent support of the Funeral Director and the same individual on the day of the recent funeral which was reassuring

Myself and My Sister have nothing but praise for the way the arrangements for my Mothers funeral were handled by the Greenock Branch. Special mentions to the two young Ladies who we dealt with. Firstly Nicole who took all details on our meeting at the Office very professional but sympathetic under our circumstances. Secondly Pamela and cannot speak highly enough of the service she provided, example being staying back a few extra minutes to allow my Wife to visit my Mother in the Parlour as she had to work.  These 2 Ladies are not only a credit to themselves but your company. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to them Both.

The staff were excellent throughout the process.

Nicole dealt with all he arrangements and took me through everything step by step as I hadn't done this before. She explained everything clearly and simply.

Angela was in charge on the day of the funeral and made sure everything went off without a hitch.

Really couldn't be happier with the service provided and would recommend without hesitation. A big Thank You to all the staff at Co-Op Greenock.

The family of the late Mrs Elizabeth MC Glancy is very grateful to the Co-op for their efficient handling of our mother's funeral.  Pamela was our point of contact and, at all times, she was prompt and professional in her dealings with the family.  We were kept fully informed at all times and this was very reassuring to us.  All of the Greenock Co-op staff showed the greatest respect to our mother and to all of us. Dealt with Nicole on arrangements and the level of service we received was excellent again. Nothing was too much bother, very professional.
On the day of funeral Angela and her team took over. Again put at your ease and proceedings went smoothly, no problems whatsoever.
Cannot recommend Co-op highly enough.
