From start to finish the service provided was handled very professionally, with full consideration given to peoples feelings throughout. The products delivered were of excellent quality, from transport, to coffin to flower arrangements. My family, and those in attendance were impressed with overall level your service and product.

Well organised. I was glad that I werent restricted to what was in the hymn book ie i wanted Bach & Hans Zimmerman even though in the end my kids overruled my choice of “proper organ music” deeming it to be “like a horror film”

The Cooperative Funeral team were absolutely superb. They were compassionate, empathetic, and everything was done giving my mum a dignified funeral. I couldn't have asked for more because they were brilliant. Mum was placed in the Arran room, which ironically, is the same name as her stillborn grandson, Aaron ( whose funeral was done beautifully also by Co-op). I was in tears of joy when I saw how beautiful mum looked in her coffin. The staff at the Co-op in Greenock, especially Pamela was brilliant. Also, giving us the opportunity by giving us a magnificent Civil Celebrant, Douglas Harvey for Mum's final send off. We love the Co-op funeral care, because they really do care.

In terms of the care and service provided by the Co op and particularly Pamela, it really was outstanding. She was very patient, very good at understanding my wishes for mums service and really made something so difficult as easy as she could. Nothing was too much trouble. She did regular check ins with me to keep me up to date and if I called the office and she wasn't in the office I was always called back the same day. Massive thank you to Pamela and all at Co op westblackhall street

Lots of things wrong 3 regarding order of service. Was told after funeral when I went to speak to relatives I could speak to them at the funeral tea, how did she know they were going to the tea felt rushed. The things that went right were done well
