from my first contact with the greenock team, they were amazing at helping me plan my wife’s funeral,they went out of there way to help me achieve (which my family did) the way my wife asked me to try and do, in the sad loss of my wife, the whole team were  
professional,fully knowledgeable and polite besides very very highly helpful in everything I asked could be done to make my wife’s funeral go to plan.
in my opinion I would give them a two hundred percent 
praise out of one hundred percent

Ryan and the team in Greenock couldn’t have been more supportive and patient with us through this difficult time . They were always on hand to answer any question we had . The funeral itself ran smoothly and the girls put us at ease from the moment that they picked us up at the house . We can’t praise this team enough for their care not only of our beloved dad but us as a family .

The staff at Coop Funeralcare, West Blackhall Street, Greenock were very professional, courteous, caring and couldn't have done anything more for us. They kept us up to date with everything, checked in with us regularly, accommodated us very well with dates, arrangements etc. Having helped us with our mother's funeral during lockdown back in 2020 and more recently our father's funeral, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you done for our family. Service was very good, I would have rated excellent had there been some more communication prior to funeral day, I did not here anything for 7 days prior to the funeral, a quick call or email to reassure everything was in place would have been good
