Co-op Funeralcare, Greenock, helped me organise my uncle’s funeral recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Danielle and the team were so professional to deal with and every small detail was attended to.  My personal requests were included and they gave me excellent advice on aspects that I was unsure of (how to get a CD for the service, etc). After my initial meeting, I was kept up-to-date regularly by phone calls and emails, so I always knew what was happening behind the scenes.  At a sad time for my family, I felt completely supported by the Co-op team throughout and I am very grateful for all their invaluable help.

Nicole our Funeral Director was amazing. Calm, compassionate and assured she gave Auntie the dignified and joyous funeral we had hoped for.  I cannot speak highly enough of Nicole who was a reassuring and exceptionally professional presence at a very emotional time.  Excellent service from someone who clearly really cares and whose team reflect all her qualities.  Auntie would have been delighted.
