The service given to us from the first phone call to the end has been the best service we have received. For myself this is the first time of organising a funeral for one of my relations and the staff made it easy. The care which was shown to us and the helpfulness of all staff means a lot to us. Always there to explain what happens and what we would have to do and taken a lot of the actions on themselves after advising and getting confirmation from my mum and I.
I would like to thank the staff at Coop funeral care at Greenock for their kindness and patience with us, as my uncle dying was such a shock to all the family.

On behalf of John Quigg : He found the staff extremely helpful and that the young man whom he was dealing with was very clear and concise on what was on offer in all aspects of the arrangement of his wife’s funeral. No pressured sales pitch comes to mind just straight forward and very helpful suggestions on areas that he was not familiar with. The communication after the initial first session was excellent and nothing was any bother for them to attend to. The external staff who conducted the church and crematorium services were excellent.
