I spoke with Linda before my mum passed to get some reassurance of the process and she was incredibly helpful. Once mum did eventually go, Linda dealt with everything for me in a kind, respectful and incredibly efficient way. On the day everything went off perfectly. I couldn't recommend Co-Op Funeralcare and Linda more highly. Thank you.

On entering your office Linda was very warm and welcoming she listens to everything that we had to say and she went through everything that we could have even though we were 15 minutes late. on the day of the funeral Meghan and her staff were exceptional thanks very much for giving my mum a wonderful send off.

Once again, the Coop Funeralcare team have been outstanding.  This is the second time of using them within 8 months, first for our mothers funeral and now for our father's and they really have been exceptional from beginning to end.

They have been there to support us, to guide us and to carry out our wishes to the letter, never pushy or trying to upsell, we cannot rate them highly enough.
 
I would also like to mention Alex Carter, the Celebrant that we had for both funerals, she was absolutely superb in every regard, she listened to what we had to say and really got the essence of both our parents when helping us to put together the eulogies and on the day she delivered them clearly and with sincerity - we can't recommend her highly enough.

I thought everyone treated me with absolute respect and sympathy.
They also showed a great deal of respect to my deceased wife.
Several of the mourners remarked on how professional and respectful the young lady who did the actual directing of the funeral was,as did I.
I have made it known that,when my time come to join my beloved wife,I want the Co-op funeralcare to do my funeral.

Living in Birmingham but having to attend to services in Welwyn Garden City seemed a little daunting. However all our fears were soon dispelled when Linda and Megan took over our plight. They were so efficient and professional it just took all the stress away. They knew when to be serious and at times add a little light heartedness to the procedure which to my wife and I was so normal and in keeping with real life. We had a couple of issues that were a little bit out of the norm due to the wishes of the deceased but these were very quickly sorted and handled to our complete satisfaction. Everyone at some time needs the services of a funeral director and should you fall into the catchment area of Welwyn Garden Centre I would highly recommend their services. We was pleased with the service given and was called back undue time if wasn’t able to speak but was very disappointed and upset at the time with call centre there was no explaining or call back just we send an email to collect the body which we found upsetting as nobody got back to us and had to make several calls that nobody seem to know what or when someone would come other than that I think Welwyn garden was kind and helpful
