I'd like to take this opportunity to say how absolutely amazing everyone at Watford Funeralcare (particularly Kat Roberts) was throughout the arranging of my Fathers funeral.

From the very first call up until our continued conversations now, Kat was thoughtful, considerate, appreciative of our situation and accommodating of all of our requests.

I would have absolutely no hesitation (due to Kat) in recommending Watford Funeralcare to anyone needing to arrange a funeral and although I don't hope to need to arrange another funeral anytime soon, Watford Funeralcare will be the one and only Funeral Directors that I would use moving forward.

Although I have already passed on my sincere thanks to Kat, please ensure that Kat and the whole team receive this feedback.

Funeral arranged through the Co -Op funeral services have done a review for them.
I presume this is for the actual arrangements on the day, if so we were very pleased with every aspect. The funeral director John (surname unknown ) was extremely good and he and his teasm could not have done more. 100%!!

Kat Roberts and her team at the Watford high street office were exceptional. 
Professional , respectful and helpful in every way. 
The church our aunt Cherry wanted for the service did not have a reverend but Kat organised one.
She managed to get the service in for the Christmas week which was our request. 
The funeral director was so helpful and called personally before the day and the day after the service to talk things through and hoped we were ok. 
Thank you once again for a faultless service that was very much appreciated.

Kat and John at Watford Lower High Street were absolutely brilliant. It was my first time arranging a funereal and they helped me every step of the way. So caring and thoughtful. The day could not have gone any better in giving my dad the best send off. Just how he would have wanted it to be.

Both Fatou within the repatriation service and Kat Robert’s at the Watford branch were excellent. Their attention to detail and communication skills are perfectly balanced. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with both of them and they both helped easy the strain of this difficult time. The Co-op definitely has an asset in these two.

From beginning to end they were wonderful to me and my family.

They were gently, sensitive and went above and beyond to ensure all our requests and wishes were met.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who has lost someone and wanted a really kind and dignified send off.
