I would like to commend all the aspects of the service they provided both in the office and with Jon and his team on the day. They were so good in the way they conducted all the tricky practical matters. The whole experience was one of dignity, respect, care and concern.

The arrangements were very easy to make and sitting down and talking to the team you were listened to. There was a slight hiccup regarding orders of service which we assumed were part of any service but that was resolved in time. On the actual day of the ceremony all ran well with no issues which allowed us the be with family and friends and not worry about other issues. Many thanks.

I would highly recommend Funeralcare, Lower High Street, Watford. Kat facilitated our wishes for two services for our mother's funeral with care and attention to detail. The complicated arrangements for a committal in Wales first followed by a separate memorial service in Watford worked out beautifully and seamlessly. She guided us through the process with care, kindness and thoughtfulness at a very stressful time. The whole team were very courteous, helpful and kind whenever I rang. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a wonderful, caring team.

The team couldn't have been more helpful at such a difficult time. Kat in the office bent over backwards, even spending her own time to help. I can't speak highly enough of her.
The Funeral Director, John is a real personality and an asset to the company.

The service from co-operative funeral care was excellent. The funeral planner, Kat Roberts, was friendly and sympathetic but professional throughout and very generous with her time. On the day, the funeral director John and his colleagues were similarly professional and helpful but in an understated way. they were there when we needed them but did not dominate proceedings. We felt extremely well supported throughout and were very happy with the professionalism of everyone involved.
