We asked for backfill and the undertakers said on the day that no one told them.so we were told to come back in an hour when the grave would be filled. Very disappointed.

As a family we could not have asked for more from the co-op team, from beginning to end they made the experience seamless, with sensitivity and care.  I would recommend the co-op to anyone looking to make their loved ones send of special, with people patient and understanding when walking through the options and decisions you need to make.   From the planning to the day itself we felt looked after and valued as a customer.   I cannot thank Jemma, Kat, John and the rest of the team enough.  You are all amazing people and gave us exactly what we needed as such a difficult time.

The funeral was conducted with no problems, as you can imagine it is a very difficult time, but staff did their best to be helpful and answered questions reasonably soon. They kept me informed as necessary and rang me the night before to let me know everything was as planned. The service itself went smoothly and I was pleased with the spray of flowers we purchased.

I never give 5 stars for anything, hence I have given 4, but I have no complaints.

They put me at ease the moment that I walked in. I thought they were very professional, very kind and sensitive. Obviously I was going through the worst day of my life as my mother had died, and yet they did make me feel at ease that they weren’t rushing through the process. I also kept in contact with me regarding order of service when to come to the funeral to go behind. My mum’s overall was very very pleased.
