The Cooperative Funeral Care team were extremely accommodating and helpful. They met us on short notice and assisted us with thinking through the type of service we wanted, and allowed us to change it upon further reflection. They were extremely professional, understanding and empathetic. The organisation of, and actual service were exactly as we wished.

John, Catherine and their colleagues were kind, compassionate and thoughtful and couldn’t do enough for us.
They helped us achieve the send off we wanted for our Dad and the service it’s self was perfect.

Our funeral directors were helpful and supportive. They were transparent about all the costs and choices and never tried to ‘sell us up’ so we’re able to trust them implicitly and organise a funeral which was right for our mum.

From the first contact,due to the help & advice received, we found making the arrangements a very easy process. We were treated in a welcoming, friendly manner by Catherine, given time & opportunity to be able to say goodby in the chaple of rest, making the final farewell at the crematorium a little easier. On the day, everything went to plan, The celebrant another "Catherine" was loverly & professional. The Co-Op staff were also excellent.
