Saff, our Funeral Arranger, was very supportive and guided us through everything step by step, always available in person, or at the end of the phone to help us with any questions we had. The Funeral Director kept in regular contact to make sure we were happy with the arrangements, down to the smallest detail. The Celebrant, arranged via the Co-op was also excellent.  Everyone was so professional and caring - it lifted a huge weight off our shoulders to know that we were being so well looked after and on the day, the funeral went very smoothly from start to finish.

Saff was extremely helpful, friendly and respectful throughout our meetings to arrange my uncles funeral. His life was a complicated one but Saff remained unphased and offered help when needed. John kept in touch before and after the funeral which was a lovely touch. The service was fantastic and the day went well with no stress or problems .

It could not have been better everything went as planned and very smoothly. Saff was incredibly helpful all through the process and afterwards John was lovely and kind around the funeral itself Al Mayfield was the perfect celebrant chosen by Saff. I would recommend anyone to this branch of Coop funeral Services.

I didn’t think I would be having to arrange another funeral so soon after my mother’s passing. But as always the team at CoOp where nothing short of amazing and guided by the team the send off was well orchestrated and we sent my uncle off beautifully.

Catherine from the Watford Branch has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. John who lead my mothers funeral on the day was so kind and thoughtful when speaking on the phone the day before and while this is an incredibly emotional time we was fully supported all the way.

I do not have enough words to describe how greatful and impressed i am with the service we received from Catherine ( Watford, St Albans Road). Her kindness, compassion and care , she facilitated things that seemed impossible, she used the right words to comfort me at such difficult time , and the list is endless. A big thank you to your company for having people like Catherine to be there when time is hard. Although I went from door to door to choose a funeral director for mum, I felt in good hands when first spoke to Catherine and it proved to be the best choice.

Everyone treated us with kindness and made the whole process as pain free as possible, little gestures such as all pallbearers and drivers wore green ties as they knew our mother didn’t want people in black and that as green was her favourite colour we would all be wearing a touch of green. Everything on the day went very smoothly
