The professionalism shown by Erin Gallagher and her team was second to none. From the first moment that I entered the Stevenage Funeralcare office, I was treated with respect, care and understanding. Erin explained all the options that were on offer, and provided sound advice when I found it difficult to make a decision. This continued all the way through to the end of the actual cremation/funeral service. My family has made many positive comments about the funeral service. My daughter and I would like to thank everyone at Stevenage Funeralcare for your guidance during this difficult time.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

They were very respectful and sorted everything out for us,  if something wasn’t quite right they changed it without any problem and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Was quite expensive, but aren’t they all. Very happy we chose co op, wish the Ickleford branch was open as it’s a nicer setting, but all good can’t fault them. Xx

Lots of good things to say about their service for my Mum, but the nicest , and also a surprise was that the young lady who I was in touch with for most of the organising for my mums funeral ( Erin) had passed on a story I had told her about how mum had first came to England as a 17 year old from Germany in 1947 to make a new life in England...--On the day of the funeral I had a brief chat with the Head pallbearer and mentioned to him about my mums early years here and he said "yes , Erin had relayed to us about how your mother as a young girl arrived here alone to work as a nanny in Harlow " Very thoughtful Erin, thankyou.. From the time my wife and I met with Tayla, the process was flawless. Tayla was very professional in her approach to her role and made sure that everything was in place assuring us that we were in safe hands.
Erin the funeral director was very professional. She explained and took us through what had been ordered etc and enquired as to favourite colours for her team to wear on the day. She was very compassionate and empathetical in her approach. She was respectful on the day and made sure we stayed behind the hearse.
The two ladies at Co-Op funeral care were exceptional, I cannot thank them enough for the care they showed, absolutely brilliant. I really cannot sing Tayla's and Erin's praises enough,
