Limousine broke down so had to drive own cars to burial. Offered an Uber as an alternative - not appropriate for grieving relatives. 10 days after the funeral, still no communication about what recompense is going to be made.
Bill arrived with two different reference numbers. Membership number was provided at the initial consultation - invoice says no membership number provided.
Small things but not great service...

The Co-op did everything very well indeed; from the appointment, where Erin gently and sympathetically took us through the process, explaining everything and going through the different options, right up to after the service.
It was faultless, and we were looked after in a professional and respectful manner.

We have used the Co-op Funeralcare before, but in a different county and they have demonstrated the same level of compassion and professionalism throughout.

Would have liked to have met the actual person who was in charge of funeral before the actual day.

I would recommend anyone to enlist the services of the Co-op. I found the service extremely helpful and personal. My dad would have been happy with the way everything was handled from the first meeting I had, to the care that was shown at his funeral. It is so easy to be led into other bigger funeral directors but I'm so glad I went to the Co-op. Thankyou to all the staff at the Stevenage branch for your help and support.
