We all felt that Dads funeral went very well indeed. Details were taken care of in an orderly fashion and we were very pleased that it went so smoothly

Overall the service at the actual funeral was great, even though we had to have a replacement FD due to staff issues that part was seamless and very professional with Harry.
However as the cost of the funeral was to come from the deceased’s estate we were erroneously charged 50% up front which needs to be refunded. Trying to get this refund is ongoing since 13 December, still unresolved, this has soured the experience which is a shame.

Donna,whom I delt with at the Hatfield Road premises is such a wonderful caring, helpful person who made all arrangements workout perfectly on the day.
