Everyone was very kind and helpful from start to finish.
Plenty of time was spent in helping us plan and choose my mums funeral.
The only thing that wasn't helpful was not being able to contact the funeral home directly to ask questions. This can take time through a 3rd person.

The whole team from my initial phone call to the planning of the funeral with Lisa to the day of the funeral with the funeral director acted in a professional and compassionate way. Answering questions and helping me plan such a difficult last journey for my Mother.

The staff were very kind and attentive, there were a couple of small things I wasn't sure about like we weren't asked what we wanted written on the plaque of mums coffin, we weren't asked if we wanted urns and received mums ashes In bags. On the day the hearse turned up 5 minutes late then started cleaning out leaves and flower heads from the last funeral in front of us, lastly it took a long time for the flowers to come out into the yard after the service

In what could have been an incredibly stressful situation the people at COOP Funeral Care were amazing
They were sympathetic, supportive, respectful, treated my Mother with dignity and were there for me every step of the way. I can not fault the service I received and would highly recommend them

All aspects and choices of the funeral were explained clearly and patiently. As a result the whole process went smoothly, with no hitches - as far as I could see.

We had a few issues where the service was being held but the coop was supportive getting the issues solved and remained in contact with us throughout
