The arrangements team and the funeral director’s team all combined to make us feel in very safe and caring hands for Dad’s funeral.  Obviously it was a sad day but it went so smoothly that much of the stress was taken away from us.

This is the second time London Colney  have seen me through these sad times and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They were supportive and at no time did I feel they could not have time for any of my concerns. Only issue I had was not being able to contact them directly at certain times and had to leave a message with others

From the moment of contacting the co-opi knew my aunty was insafe and caring hands. The Funeral went like clock work. All the staff were dignified and helpful. It was lovely to see them walming in front of the cars at the begining and end of out joirney. All veautifully turned out. I recomend their sevices.

Carol and George and all the people at London Colney Funeralcare looked after me and my family really well. They were caring and gentle with us in our grief and organised a wonderful funeral for Sue, which went smoothly with no hitches. I can’t thank them enough for the way they looked after us.

Theresa, Carol and Pete were extremely helpful.
From the beginning of arranging my mother's funeral to the day of the funeral, they were very friendly, genuinely empathetic and patient.

I couldn't ask for a better customer service. What a lovely team. We felt our needs and wishes were definitely met.
