I really didn’t know what to expect and I was feeling overwhelmed by the information as I was still dealing with the loss of my husband.

Tara was sensitive, caring, patient and very helpful. 
She explained in detail and guided me through every step. She was amazing and made me feel calm and in good hands.
I was very grateful.

we thought that the attention to detail from Tara was fantastic, plus Peter the undertaker was very understanding and professional on the day, also Kelly the celebrant was also fantastic, we have used Co-Op Potters Bar a few times now, we would not go anywhere else, superb understanding of the emotional situation, very kind.
