From our first phone call through to the actual service and beyond, Lindsey and Hayley, in fact everybody we spoke to, were incredibly kind and caring. We felt in safe hands with every aspect of the funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Mum’s Funeral went so smoothly and was just exactly as we had hoped for. In the end, we almost enjoyed the day, something we never expected!
So, thank you for all your help, understanding and reassurance at what could’ve been such a horrible time.

Site staff were excellent. However, limited office opening hrs (10-3) was not helpful. Also, despite telling Hitchin office that we did not want ‘other’ services like legal and financial ( which were not included in original Funeral bond ) I got a call from Manchester within 45 mins of leaving the office , and again the next day . Upselling like this is distasteful.
