All great, but should tell people on first meeting only 5 can view there loved one once, makes It hard with big family’s especially when some live 3 hours away, not heard of this before no one should have the right to tell a grieving family they can’t see there loved one for the last time because there’s more than 5, thank you for making an exception though but will make sure in future on choosing a funeral director to check this first.
