Sarah was fantastic from our first visit, very understanding and compassionate of our needs, on the day they guys were amazing, very helpful, smart and accommodating to the family bearers too etc. We think we would have done our dad proud, so that thanks goes to you guys too. If I were to have a complaint, on your donation page you put dads name down incorrectly, instead of Raymond Trevor Morris, you put Raymond Stephen Morris, that would be my only issue.

I couldn't recommend j. worley more. Extremely pleasant staff. Extremely patient with all of our questions. They really made our difficult time easier for us. The whole process with them has been smooth and friendly. In the unfortunate scenario that I'll need to, I'll definitely be using them again. Hopefully not any time soon though. 5 stars. Excellent service.

They provided great communication and excellent service. They gave us all the time we needed and guided us through the processes. This helped make our very difficult situation much easier and worry free of arrangements. Everything was as I wanted on the day of the funeral everyone was so nice and considerate. Thank you

Mostly excellent. Only slight annoyances are that we were not aware that cash donations are not accepted. So we now have to go and collect the cash and do the donation online ourselves, more annoying that you transported the cash from the Berkhamsted branch to the Hemel branch which is much harder for me to get to. The other thing was confusion in communication, I didn’t want to discuss arrangements and asked when first arranging the funeral that all communication was made with my daughters. However most calls were made to myself and when I said call my daughters it was explained to me it’s because I was paying for it and signed the agreement. So there were a few confusions as my daughters were in charge of all the arrangements. On the whole we were very pleased though.

at the worst time possible in my life,the J Worley team stepped up and helped me through the whole process. their professionalism was outstanding and the suggested orator was perfect.. the funeral went without any problems and my mother had a send off worthy of the much loved person that she was
