We received excellent service from the staff at J Worley's from start to finish. There was always someone available to answer questions and to give advice. It was a great comfort at a difficult time to know everything was being handled on our behalf.

Vaughan Allen was so genuinely friendly and caring with a professional way of turning a sad day into one we will all remember with fond memories. We had so many people saying what a memorable occasion he made it. We can't thank him enough for that.

At a time when your mind is so preoccupied J Worley will help you sort out what you need to do and try to accommodate your requests and at such a sad occasion when the funeral has arrived you are under pressure, upset, emotions are high, relatives arriving everyone wants to talk to you, J Worley

gently guides you through the process and are there to lean on for advise, we only use J Worley as we know the service that we get will be nothing but excellent. It's not just the funeral it's the people in the office that are so lovely and efficient, when you haven't done something they take over and complete it for you. I visited my father in the chapel of rest he was 90 years old when he passed, I was so happy to see how marvelous he looked, so peaceful and relaxed.It was so comforting.

J.Worley Ltd handled my Brothers funeral with care and efficiency and not living in the Herts area to find Funeral Directors was not an easy task. We definitely made the right choice under difficult circumstances for us as a family and highly recommend their services.

At such a sad and difficult time, I could not have asked for any better service, help and advice that I received from JWorleys. Sarah helped me through every step of the way in such a helpful and respectful manner. I really felt my mum was cared for, and I was allowed plenty of time to visit her in the chapel of rest. The arrangements went smoothly and I know there is after care for me if I need it.
 I’m thankful to them for being caring and professional, and treating me in a dignified and respectful way.

Unfortunately this is the second occasion within 12 months I have had to use J Worley to help with the passing of both my parents, the most recent Joyce.
Everything J Worley do is achieved with a very high level of professionalism but with the utmost personal and caring attention for all the people/family involved in this sad time. I include every member of the staff from J Worley involved in the funeral through to the internment.
I cannot thank them all enough for everything they all did to make this situation bearable. I would recommend J Worley to anyone.

Very professional thoughout all the arrangements. Slightly unusual, I needed to send some of the ashes to Australia accompanied by a mourner and J.Worley comfortably met a tight deadline.
