At the sad time of my mother passing I had the support and advise from your funeral arranger Jenna Norris, I was very impressed with the way she conducted herself and the information giving. Jenna ensured that everything went to plan so there was unnecessary upset or worry to myself or family. The Pallbearers were very professional and again very supportive at my mothers funeral and very smart. This review would have had excellent but I did have to wait awhile at the door when I booked appointment and the room where the arrangements were conducted was no bigger than a box but that is the premises nothing to do with the staff that run it.
Would like to say thank you to Jenna and the Gentlemen pull-bearers.

Jenna and the team were amazing!
They made the whole process so easy and we’re so helpful and understanding in what was a very difficult time for our family.
No matter what our requests were  or how many times we changed things  around nothing was too much trouble .
