As soon as I contacted J Worley in order to make the funeral arrangements I was taken care of every step of the way. From arranging to collect my husband’s body from the hospital to organising the Celebrant, making all the necessary arrangements at the Crematorium and looking after me personally every step of the way. I cannot praise them too highly.

Their response immediately before Christmas was prompt and their advice and recommendations for printers and the person to lead the funeral service were perfect. All our requirements before and on the day were accomplished with friendly and quiet efficiency.

They more than lived up to their reputation as an excellent independent local family business.

Have used their services twice in the last 5 months. Both times they gave me a service that was faultless, from the office staff, who are kind and considerate to the men on the day who performed their duties with the utmost respect.

I would give them a score of 10 out of 10 and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is in the unfortunate position to need to cremate or bury a loved one.

From first walking in the door until it was all completed Liz (who looked after us) saw that everything was to our requirements and satisfaction.
Everyone in the company dealt with all aspects of the funeral with thought, compassion and total professionalism.

Everyone at J Worleys were absolutely amazing, we had to arrange two funerals within weeks of each other and we would 110% recommend this family business, any questions we had were answered immeadiatkey.  We we kept informed throughout.  We were made to feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble.
