The whole process of visiting your office and the way everything was presented, and the young lady who was with us was very helpful and very kind. The service we felt was very good and the whole process was for the family during our loss.

All the arrangements ran smoothly and I would like to thank you in particular for suggesting Ruth to me as a Celebrant. I will be writing to Ruth separately, but suffice to say she got the tone exactly right and managed to encapsulate my mother’s life in her address as a result of her detailed conversation with us. The quality of her service was commented on widely by those attending.
 
This is now the second sad family event that you have dealt with for us, the first being the my mother’s partner’s funeral some 4 years ago. In both cases everything was faultless from first contact to conclusion. I have no doubt that, as a family, it is you we will turn to again when the time comes.
 
Thank you again. Your caring professionalism is a credit to you and provided everything my mother would have wanted.

The dignity and respect shown towards my mum, Evelyn Greener by Mr Worley and his team was incredible.  She looked beautiful and at peace.  On the day of the funeral Mr Worley and the team made a very sad day, extremely beautiful and the respect shown to me and my family will never be forgotten.   I was given the time needed to say my goodbyes to the most inspirational person in my life, in the way I needed to.  Nothing was too much trouble.   Thank you Mr Worley.

J Worley were amazing to deal with. Having previous dealings with them, we decided to use them again. Liz was our representative and she made the process so much better and easier for us. Given the circumstances, we had a laugh and were able to discuss the services surrounding our father and his funeral in a relaxed environment. We worked it out between us, what we were purchasing and how the funeral would be. She was patient and we surprised how easy the process was. These guys went to the end of the earth for us an we cannot repay them.
