In what was the most difficult time twice within 4months the staff and service was professional, kind and compassionate. As a family we cannot thank Liz our contact enough. She went above and beyond in supporting me to support the rest of the family. On the two occasions we had to experience the pain of lossing a much loved family member, All of the staff were so kind. We whole heartedly recommend the excellent service.

Worley's provided excellent service, in a complicated situation with multiple factors including family members travelling from overseas. Many of the arrangements had to be at short notice due to the circumstances, yet Worley's maintained a professional and also pleasant manner throughout, accommodating us whenever possible.

Unfortunately, this was the second time that we have needed J Worley's services in just over a year and they once again stepped up to the mark to deliver an excellent service with sensitivity and at a very reasonable price. Their staff are very professional, helping us through a difficult time with good advice and support. They ensured that everything went like clockwork, engaging a minister who was very friendly and understanding to conduct the service. We are a small family and were concerned that the service would fall a bit flat, but Worley's found us a lovely professional singer to lead the hymns.

Their offices are a bit small, but don't be put off, their service is big! My only criticism is that they don't have any private parking and you do sometimes have to walk a bit to get to them.

Everything was handled in a professional manner from our first meeting. Questions were answered in a timely manner and where the answer was not immediately to hand this was obtained promptly and communicated back to us. Also, as we are resident abroad, Worley's were flexible enough to accommodate us on the Monday of the funeral in being able to say our last goodbye to Mum before the coffin was sealed. Many thanks to Liz and Pam for the organisation before the ceremony and to Phillip, the director, on the day itself.

A superb service from J Worley from start to finish. Just what is needed at a difficult time. They could not have been more diligent in looking after our needs and conducted the actual funeral in a very dignified way that harmonised with the various differing family requirements.

Thecoffin had a gouge on the side and my mothers photo was not on the coffins requested. I telephoned Liz who we had been dealing with and advised her yesterday and she said she would investigate and call me back, I have not received a call this was almost marked as terrible.

I am disappointed with the service and the way my requests were carried out or not in this case my mums funeral was on the 21st May and it has taken me this long to leave a review I am still upset and wish we had gone somewhere else to give her the send off she deserved
