THEY TOOK A GREAT LOAD OF OUR SHOULDERS AT A VERY SAD AND STRESS- FULL TIME AND MADE EVERY  THING SO EASY FOR US TO COPE WITH

I found the service provided by Doc and Pam to be excellent. It was a very emotional time for my family and I, and the help and compassion shown was exemplary. I was given help and advice all the way through. All my questions were answered in a full caring and detailed manner. The funeral for my Dad went smoothly and it was a lovely ceremony all thanks to your wonderful lovely staff. I definitely received the 'wow' factor from the service given. I cannot rate them highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them in the future. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did and the kindness shown. This is the second time I have used Worley's in under a year. Liz happened to have handled both arrangements. My brother and now my husband. She has such compassion and was very supportive during the arranging of my husband's funeral. The day itself was handled with care, compassion and dignity.
I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for carrying me through 2 very difficult times in my life.

I found everyone very helpful when my mother died recently. As I had to travel up from Devon to arrange everything it was quite daunting but with Pam’s help I was able to sort the arrangement’s for the funeral the same day. 
My mother’s funeral was held last week and I was very pleased with what had been arranged.

Worleys have been very supportive in the whole process from my very first phone call to them after the loss of my mum. Pam Bishop answered the call to me that day and has been there still 4weeks on, everything was taken at my pace. As a family we have used Worleys for all our passed loved ones. I can say with confidence that you could not be in a more supportive and understanding funeral directors.

Hello to all' 

Firstly a huge thank you to everyone at J Worley's , for giving My Dad a very heart warming and professional send off and treating my family with respect in all area's

 A special mention to Liz who was absolutely amazing again so professional, so kind, considerate and understanding of any situation I put to her during a very testing time.

A thank you to Ian for breaking the silence with me chatting in the front of the limo and both cars were superbly presented.

Lastly to Mark and the Team for looking stunning in all your regalia, and doing such a grand job from start to finish.

I finish this email with a tear in my eye as I miss my Dad so much the grumpy git ....i wish you all the very best for your future's
