From the first moment I contacted Pam I have received nothing but outstanding and professional service both from her and the company. Allan’s funeral was not straight forward initially due to the distance I was away and the difficulties of registering the death. However, Pam was always there for me; she has a wonderful compassionate manner and yet is efficient and knowledgeable.
