I would like to thank all the staff at J. Worley. They are very helpful and never minded how many time I rang to check something I had forgotten to ask.I am sure it's as hard for them during this situation as it is for the people arranging a loved ones funeral, lots of things had to be done differently which was hard but we understood why.

It was hard mentally to arrange a funeral, with just one family member allowed in at a time, but appreciate that what is allowed with the Covid 19 virus and the social distancing which is for everyone's protection.

The staff were extremely professional and respectful, from when the beginning when staff came to collect Mum's body through to the funeral.

Sadly I have been to several funerals lately but the ones carried out by J. Worley always seem to have the personal touch and the service you get is always the same and stands out against some others.

I would also like to comment of the Minister who took Mums funeral
Mrs Bernadette French, again everything was done over the phone, which I worried about but I needn't have worried it was as if Bernadette had known Mum for years. It was very personal and said from the heart. She added little touches I had forgotten.

I would like to Thank you all again for making it all go so smoothly. I would recommend you to anyone, you deserve the excellent 5 stars we have given you.

Having never organised a funeral before, I felt very nervous about getting it right....but I needn't have worried at all. From the initial phone call with Pam, I felt totally reassured that she would guide me through everything at a pace that suited me. She was very empathetic, supportive and patient at a very difficult and sad time.
I felt a weight off my shoulders after deciding on what we wanted for our dear Mum and was even made aware of things like, releasing doves and fingerprint jewellery as a way to remember Mum.
Nothing was too much trouble and on the day, we drove past Mum's care home so that they could say goodbye and pay their respects, before following the route I asked for to finally lay Mum to rest.
Even though we were very limited as to what we could do due to Covid 19, it still felt like a beautiful way to say goodbye, very dignified and Mark Worley was very understanding, professional and respectful.
I would highly recommend Worley's, they were faultless and I am very pleased with their service.
Thank you so much for everything and for making it a very gentle, worry-free experience.

This has been a very traumatic time for me and losing my wife after fifty two beautiful years left me totally destroyed. I arranged the funeral With J Worley funeral directors and I have to say that they were excellent from start to finish. They treated me and my family with the utmost dignity and my wife got excellent well practiced treatment as well. They showed total respect for my wife and family and I am deeply impressed with the solemnity the whole service was carried out. Thank you so much Mr Worley I would recommend your services to anyone. Through know fault of your own due to the Corolavirus we unfortunately couldn’t see Jenny in the chapel of rest, however, it would have been nice if we were told this prior to the collection of my wife in the early hours of 16th April.
Otherwise due to the terrible circumstances for everybody In the UK at the moment the service was very good.

J Worley provide a very caring, sensitive and professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Our daughter passed away at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when all services were being stretched but this did not prevent this family run business from going the extra mile to meet all our requests.
