 Pam at the Berkhamsted branch was a pleasure to deal with,   Very thorough and efficient.
The funeral went exactly to plan,  very well organised,  with smartly turned out pleasant staff.
John Worley supervising the funeral was very professional  and helpful and did our Mother proud.
Even the firm recommended for the printed order of service and  also the florists were so helpful and easy to work with.

Jenna dealt with myself and my dad very sympathetically. She listened and noted all our requirements having looked at the questions to be asked on their website first. I said my mum was known by her middle name, and from that point on that is how Jenna referred to my mum. I gave Jenna the outfit that I wished mum to be dressed in with some small accessories from my wedding which Jenna said would be placed in my mum's hands. This particularly moved me! Help with sorting out the service at the crematorium was brilliant and the day itself went very smoothly. The only negative point was having to get in touch several times over errors in setting up the memory giving page for my mum, but we got there in the end. Many thanks for making such a hard time that little bit easier.
