my mothers funeral was complicated because the actual funeral was by another branch in london.
Everything was perfect on the day but the poor communication from the london branch had us terrified that something would go wrong. The staff at wood lane did everthing they could to make it work.

I have to say the silver pre paid plan. Was the right choice. 
I would recommend anyone tooling to save their loved ones time, money and stress use the CoOp funeral services.

Very nice staff but I was sent the wrong order of service more than once no apology. And to be told the day before the service that the coffin hadn't been added to the price which had been paid in full. When I said I would pop in later in the week to pay I was told I had to pay that day or the service wouldn't go ahead which I thought was disgusting. The service and the day were lovely but the errors were quite disgusting I thought.

Ali helped us from the day my dad passed away. 
She went above and beyond to help us. 
While we was waiting for the funeral she kept in touch with me and even after she did too.
They day of the funeral went really well and they spoke to me at every stage to let me know what was happening.
They made an awful time so much easier and I will always be grateful.
