Everyone I dealt with at this office was very professional and considerate. Elaine and Georgia went out of their way to make things run smoothly and liaised with different organisations to ensure everything was in order. We were well looked after and would highly recommend the service.

I would also like to say that Sandra Hart, the Celebrant was very kind and the service she gave was really beautiful.

Georgia at the Broxbourne office handled everything perfectly and made a very difficult situation a little easier for us as a family. She has a really lovely attitude and should be recognised for the support she gave my Mum when she came to visit my Dad in the chapel of rest . Thank you for everything
