Fantastic service and staff. Efficient with a beautiful balance of compassion and care. Most fortunate to have had the COOP on this journey, especially Georgia. The warmth and the feeling that any question small or large was no trouble at all, was so reassuring. So I guess I am saying that they put you at ease, which is so necessary when going through such a process.

I've been given back my dad's ashes in a paper bag, McDonald's bags are worth more probably, I in all honesty do not know what rating to give due to myself not knowing who is liable for this, however I can say that Georgia is a very nice lady that has completely understood my complaint and is looking into it.

The funeral went very smoothly and the director and her colleagues were very efficient and caring. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of certain information at the very beginning of the service.

I would highly recommend co-op funeral care. They looked after us from start to finish not missing anything. We were made to feel at ease, comfortable and reassured that everything was so professionally dealt with. I cannot praise them enough, what an excellent team. Thank you so much for all you did for us from the first phone call to the handshake and big hugs at the end.

When my mother died and I phoned your organisation I was put on hold, then when it was answered I got cut off due to a bad line. I had to make 3 calls not something I should have had to do when emotionally upset.  Rather than going to the local office it went to a National number. Also I was not happy about having to sit in the shop window when visiting the office to make the arrangements. I felt the member of staff I dealt with didn’t show much empathy and I did not think she explained things fully.  I got the impression she was new to the job. I found her a lot better to deal with on the phone. 
The actual funeral was good.

From my Initial phone to Broxbourne Funeralcare to the interment of my husband, the staff, Georgia & Elaine were so caring and kind, this helped plan my husband’s funeral without stress, also were in touch with me at every stage of the funeral. Also Sandra Hart, Funeral celebrant was so helpful. Everyone involved was excellent and made a very sad day able to cope.
