Dad had prepaid his funeral, the cheapest option, as this was his wish, but was treated with the upmost respect and care.

From our first conversation with the professional, caring, thoughtful Funeral Director Megan, who took us through all the steps from start to finish, and we could not have asked for more. Dad would have been so proud of the care you gave him.

We also had the Celebrant Louise Chipperfield, who showed upmost care, professionalism and the words spoken about Dad were perfect and comforted us as a family.

We would also like to thank the person/s responsible for dressing Dad for the Chapel of Rest, we originally said no to seeing him, but changed our minds, and the Funeral Directors were so accommodating and understanding, we were so pleased we did, he looked so smart in his suit and was clean shaven, just like Dad.

Thank you for giving Dad the send of he deserved, In the most professional, caring way possible.

From my first phone call, the Co-op have been amazing especially at a very difficult time. Within an hour of my first contact call, I had received a call from my local office at Broxbourne with an appointment. The Ladies at Broxbourne, Elaine and Georgia were beyond caring and thoughtful with such empathy. Everything was taken care of, they do the thinking and the arrangements for you. The recommended a Lady celebrant called Zoe who once again was so professional and caring, and made my Dad's funeral into a celebration of his life.
I cannot recommend the co-op enough, even after the visit to the Co-op they call to make sure you and your Family are coping, offering to help if need to be.
The actual funeral was perfect, Becky the funeral director on the day was once again so kind and caring, she had a team of all Ladies and they were so kind and caring to us.
