They made the whole process of arranging our beloved mother’s funeral so easy and stress free.
Mrs Susan Smith is one’s first point of contact.  An extremely charismatic and efficient person whom we found not only helpful and sympathetic, but who guided us through all the formalities seamlessly.  She facilitated all requests and nothing was too much trouble.

Mr John Worley who we met at the Crematorium cut quite a dash with his yellow cravat and twinkly eyes made a dreaded day so much better.
