We perhaps needed to discuss a retiring collection at the end of the funeral and how this needed to be dealt with, but we might not have been able to cope with any more information at the appointment to discuss the day.

We came to Worley to get a quotation after a ridiculous price was given to us by another directors. We had a few different special requirements for our Dads funeral one of them being a Saturday service, Shona went out of her way to get the staff to work on the Saturday and took care of everything extremely professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed at the very difficult time we were going through.
Thank you for delivering such a fantastic service and helping to fulfil the best possible send off for our dad, a send off he deserved!! Thank You, Jo Bradley.
