Every courtesy and kindness was shown over the entire planning and funeral of Paul, it made a very sad period more bearable and it was the small details that made such a difference. Carol and Sam were both approachable and intuitive throughout.

After my wife passed away, I contacted Leominster Funeralcare and had an appointment with Carol Lines at their offices. She was very sympathetic, knowledgeable and extremely professional and we then arranged the details for my wife's cremation. At all times she kept me up to date and also dealt with the Remembrance Park where my wife will be buried. On the day of the cremation, the funeral director was excellent and at all times, despite my sadness, I felt that my wife had been treated with enormous respect.

Obviously, the death of a spouse is probably one of the most traumatic things that the surviving partner has to go through. I can only say that Leominster Funeralcare took care of everything in an extremely impressive way.

Leominster Funeral Care was excellent.

However the initial call to your call centre was incredibly poor and distressing. I telephoned at around 1.20pm to inform them of mum’s passing and you did not collect mum until near 6.30pm as there had been a mix up and lack of communication on your part.

I had to make 3 telephone calls before you rectified the error which I found very stressful at such a difficult time. 

Carol Lines is first class and the family is extremely grateful for her time and support through our difficult time.

Carol and her team were excellent. Prior to the service Carol was caring and helpful guiding me through all the things I needed to think about and do so the funeral was planned to my wishes. On the day I was looked after and guided by Russell and his team who were also kind and caring. The whole occasion went as I envisaged. I had lots of positive comments so although an emotional ordeal it was made so much more bearable thanks to the care and help I received from Leominster Funeral Care.  I have been singing your praises and recommending you to friends.
