From start to finish in such a horrible time they guided me thru the process treated my loved ones with care they have looked after to of my family members and I am very happy with how they handled everything they done most of the work for me accomadated  me to see my loved ones when ever I wonted to they treated both of them with respect and love wouldn’t recommend any other funeral practice

From the point of initial contact the service provided by the staff at the Leominster branch has been exceptional.  They made the process much easier and smoother to manage at such a difficult time.  We can’t praise them enough.

The folks at the coop were more than wonderful, I had some unusual requests for Dads funeral and they bent over backwards to make sure they were met. Have thanked them on social media as i was so pleased. Thank you all so much for making this part of his day perfect.xx

Carol who arranged the funeral with me was very sympathetic, helpful and reassuring. On the days leading up to the funeral they kept in contact with me to assure me everything was in place for the day. On the day the took us through step by step and the support was excellent from them, even a couple of days after to make sure we were ok. The personal touches we received were amazing, helping us get through a hard time.Would definitely go through them again.

Good & poor follows but still worthy of 4 stars.

I would have awarded 5 stars except for two or three aspects, most partly related to a supplier company that provides media content at funeral venues, but whose poor standards reflect on The Coop FS. You should see the 2 star Google review I left for the media supplier!

Vastly increased stess at a very bad time as Coop failed to fully mention that media company had known technical problems, nor fully explain a) additional, I consider extortionate media costs, at an early stage, that are not covered in prepaid plan and b) all the awkward parameters & limitations associated with media at the funeral.

How anyone non-technical would get on I shudder to think.

As long as media companies have a monopoly, funeral service providers and the general public will be 'victims' to poor service & extortionate charges.

The general service in terms of the office manager, Carol and the director, Sam (female) were excellent.

Note there is an ongoing, so far unanswered formal complaint regarding Coop call handling through their 0800 number. Don't suppose I'll ever get a result from any investigation. The call concerned ruined the Coop's good reputation.

All staff involved were professional and took time to answer every question. On the day of the funeral, every last detail was in place. A special mention must go to Carol who gave a tremendous input to the organisation of the day.
We were very pleased with the Co-op Funeral Care package. Thank you again.
