They all worked seamlessly and tirelessly offering support, advice and tissues as I arranged my mum's funeral. They were very kind and sympathetic. I can't say thank you enough to the whole team at cooperative in Ledbury. The staff went above and beyond to make the whole process easy in such a distressing time.
A huge thank you to Lyn whom treated our friend like a member of her own family assuring us she was looked after in the Chapel of rest.
The funeral and service was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone and I have even began to plan my own using there services ( But hopefully not for a long time)

Excellent and caring service from start to finish. All staff we dealt with, including those at the Ledbury office and those on site on the day were amazing. We were helped at all stages and directed clearly on the day when we could easily have been muddled. A painful and difficult process was made as bearable as it could be. Many thanks to all.
