All the staff at Co-Op Funeralcare went out of their way to make sure that the service went well and without a hitch. I must give praise to Gareth the coffin bearer and Catherine at the office who ensured my late father's funeral went without a hitch. You should be proud of the people you employ and also the care they put into the work they do every day.

The lovely ladies, Catherine and Carol were so helpful. They guided me through the arrangements with ease. There was no problem that they couldn't overcome. Always very pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person; were able to be very practical whilst still giving respect to my mother. The service on the day went well. Sam the Funeral Director was lovely too. Order of Service was what we had ordered and the flowers were beautiful (I had made a special request for the choice and colour of flowers and these were exactly what we wanted). Can't fault the team in Hereford - very professional.

Brilliant, friendly, nothing was too much trouble for the girls behind the desk although they could have done with 2 of them all the time.
The funeral was as good as you could wish for ,and Sam from Bromyard was excellent..can't fault anyone at all x
