A very professional service, offered in a practical and sympathetic way ensuring that the formalities of the funeral were quietly and efficiently dealt with.  The team in Yateley, led by Wendi and Dean,  were exceptional and ensured that all requests were answered and drew all elements together so that on the day all went smoothly to plan,  and we were able to Celebrate our Aunt's life with many happy memories.

This would have been a five Star had the direct communication channels to each branch in The Coop always been open.

It simply isn't good enough for anxious clients to be told who will cover and then make it impossible to make contact,

I definitely got the impression that too few people were expected to cover too many branches and absentees. It is totally unfair on dedicated vanluable staff.

Everyone in the Yateley Branch has been fantastic, as have those from other branches when trying, very hard, to provide cover.

Dean, Wendy and Paul were all amazingly kind, supportive and patient with us. They looked after my nan so well and they made a very upsetting and painful time so much easier. Would recommend their service to anyone in the same heartbreaking situation.

I cannot fault the service we received from Wendi & the team at G Parker Funeralcare. There were some issues with the death and Wendi was caring & supportive through a very difficult time, keeping me informed of her contact with the coroner and doctors, and making the actual funeral planning as stressfree as possible. The service itself was organised exactly as we wanted it.

I am sending this review on behalf of mum Barbara Ward. I would just add that the funeral & Service provided for my sort of step dad Christopher Hubbard was very satisfactory as Dean the funeral Director was very very patient and explained everything in detail although yes is always a sad occasion Dean went above and beyond to ensure that the send off was what Chris wanted.. Wendy was lovely too showing upmost respect at all times.. Was nice to see Chris in his full footy outfit as we planned... nothing was too much trouble.. Lovely office, lovely room to say our final goodbyes and we never felt hurried in doing so .. Well done ... you made things so much nicer for us.. Hayley Penny & Babs Ward

The death of my wife Anna was a massive shock to me, we were partners in life & losing her is unbearable. The staff at G Parkers Funeral-care were amazingly sympathetic & did everything in their power to ensure my loss was treated with the greatest dignity & care. The service was superb, the individual attention to my needs, i left half-way through for personal reasons was excellent. Though i don't wish to go through this episode again i have no hesitation in recommending G Parkers to any who need their services.

From start to finish the funeral arrangements were excellent , Wendy the funeral arranger did very well and made it all a lot easier for us , nothing was too much trouble, Dean the funeral Director was a very happy helpful young man who had every thing  running really well , would love to have taken him home to keep in my treasure  box.  Would definetaly recommend  George Parker’s or Co op not sure which name they go under.
