The day could not have gone any better. Dean was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He showed nothing but kindness and compassion every step of the whole process. I would definitely recommend the coop to anyone planning a funeral.

From start to finish Wendi and Dean provided caring support to the family.
Deans attention to detail and planning for the funeral was first class. Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. I noticed that when bill was in the chapel Dean would gently knock on the door before entering. A small jesture but showed great respect for Bill.

We had a funeral for my dad on 17th December 2023 and we were so happy with the services provided by George Parker . Wendi and her team helped us though everything and such care and professionalism. I would recommend this funeral directors to anyone thank you so much

Wendy and Dean were amazing when it came to organising my late Uncles funeral!
They went above and beyond even though I had to do this from over a two hour journey away.
They gave total respect to our family and complete and utter dignity to my Uncle
The picture coffin looked amazing as he was an aircraft enthusiast 
I would totally recommend them in every way

Such good service,  we cannot praise them enough.  Everything was exactly as we planned,  the care from Wendi was exceptional and on the day of the funeral Joyce the FD was just amazing.   It’s such a tough time arranging a funeral for a loved one,  but G Parker were there the whole way through,  thank you SO much.

From start to finish I felt ‘cared for’.  Wendi is definitely an asset.  She was helpful and not at all patronising or over the top.  Dean has a wonderful way with him. I felt as if he was like a big brother supporting me on the day.  Finding G Parker was the best thing I did   
The only thing I wasn’t 100% happy with was having to go through the central office in Manchester.  They don’t have the warmth that Wendi and Dean showed.  I feel there should be a way of contacting Wendi directly.  I understand there could be someone with her but there should be a way you can leave a message without interrupting her.  Going thru Manchester made me feel as if I was contacting a call centre.
But …. 100% to Wendi and Dean

Ok, but there was no collection box for her charity on the day as agreed.

A week after meeting to arrange funeral still hadn't contacted church to confirm date, this was left to family to do.
Sent sundry invoice for items already covered under a funeral plan, so obviously not checked details.
Turned up a day of funeral and requested family provide pall bearers when it had been specifically requested it be done by them.
All in all a poor experience with unnecessary additional distress and upset caused at an already difficult time.

We would like to thank Wendy and Dean for the kind, caring manner in which they helped us through a difficult period in our lives. Their sensitivity and thoughtfulness helped smooth over the  bumps in the funeral process resulting in a final farewell to Andrew (brother and brother-in-law) with which we were very pleased.

The farewell ceremony for my Mother was well organised and it was beautiful. Everything was done efficiently as if rehearsed many times over.

Very happy with the service we have received for my mum's funeral!! Susan Pierce. Wendi totally looked after us, explaining everything (sometimes twice for my dad!), always on hand to advise!

Dean was really nice and caring on the actual day and subsequent telephone call to see how we were doing!

Cannot praise this company enough!
