From our initial meeting until the funeral itself we felt comfortable and confident in Cowplain Funeral care.  We were helped at all stages of planning particularly with the funeral service. We were so grateful for all the help given, particularly in our choice of music which was personal and not easy to find but endless time was taken to ensure we had what we requested. Order of Service stationery, Much Loved online tribute, chosen music at the crem’, funeral crew on the day, chosen celebrant and many more elements of the funeral were all personalised for Trevor no questions asked, by Carole and Ryan at the branch.

    Cowplain funeral care recently organised my mum’s funeral. From the start they were professional, sensitive and empathic, organising everything behind the scenes and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for Carole, who messaged and called me regularly ensuring we were happy with everything. The day itself was perfect and Malcom and his team attended to everything like clockwork. Would highly recommend.

    For someone that has never arranged a funeral before i felt that this all went  so smoothly  and i was not worried about anything i was advised step by step all the way by carol as to what to do the celebrant that was contact for me to use was perfect  and the undertakers that brought raymond and us to the crematorium was very nice men i will recommend cowplain funeral home to whoever needs this service  and also i did go and view raymond and he looked lovely . Thank you so very much

    Carole is so caring, dedicated and helpful. She went through absolutely everything with such compassion and her guidance was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond even though it was not her branch that would gain of any monies. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Carole as she makes you feel so comforted at such a sad time.
