Cannot speak more highly of the service received; at such a sad time it was so helpful to receive such support. Hope I don't need their services again in the near future!! but I will certainly recommend Waterside to all my contacts. Charlie Keene was amazing and restored my faith in human nature.

Exceeded our expectations . Rod planned his funeral and it was everything he would have wanted .
The team were helpful and caring and supportive.
The only thing is I have been over charged and I am having to wait for 5-6 weeks before this can be repaid .
This delay is proving very difficult for the family .

The care and sensitivity shown by Sarah and Chris was very much appreciated. They helped me through a very difficult process. 
The funeral arrangements were dealt with great care and efficiency. I am extremely happy with everything they did for me from the actual funeral and burial, all the arrangements for the flowers and order of service, I couldn't have wished for a better send off for my mother.

We were so happy with everything that was done for us. Waterside funeral home were very organised and very helpful to us at our difficult time in our lives.Sarah gave me time to sit and chat when I needed it most.
I would recommend anyone to use this place. I couldn't ask for anymore.

The staff were very helpful and understanding at a very difficult time, and showed compassion and professionalism which on the day gave our mother the send of which she deserved.

Mum had a pre-paid plan which just about covered everything as we didn't like te idea o=f embalming, Sarah was very polite and answered out questions and wishes.

The only minor blip was the initial contact call as they divert to a mobile out-of-hours,

The Vodafone phone they use must have had borderline coverage as it failed the first few times but with a bit of persistence, we eventually got through.

Everything else was fine.,
