I can not thank David and all concerned at Waters and Sons enough for everything they did in making my sisters funeral go exactly as we wanted. They took the stress way by making every step easy for me and my brother in law. On the day of the funeral David was incredibly supportive. Nothing was hurried and it went just as it should. Thank you David and the team...you made a tough emotional day a beautiful day, one we won't forget.

Friendly, efficient service, accommodating and including all the elements that we had arranged, which meant that Dad’s funeral was exactly what Mum wanted and Dad would have wished for.
We were so very grateful to Liza, our celebrant, who guided and led the most beautiful service- a perfect celebration of Dad’s life.

Waters and Sons gave the most excellent service to us in a difficult time. Their compassion and personal touch gave us peace of mind. The day of the funeral all the gentlemen were professional and explained everything that would happen in detail. This allowed us to have a beautiful send-off. David was especially helpful and amazing. He gave such a personal touch that we felt so comfortable from the moment they came to our house to the final goodbye. I would happily and expressly recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment Waters & Sons collected my sister-in-law right up until the cremation I found them to be efficient, caring, compassionate and understanding. Alison and Jason at the Sholing branch made a terrible situation more bearable for us as a family and guided us through a very dark time. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too small or insignificant. My heartfelt gratitude to you all, thank you.

Jason, Simon, Craig, Liza. Thank you sincerely, for all the help and guidance, making Ians final journey so memorable and our zany ideas come to fruition.
You can feel the compassion and expertise that all the team have. We were greeted and made to feel welcome straight away. Their building has a cosy feel.
On the day, we felt like Simon and Craig made the service and process run smoothly. Organising a recovey truck and an ambulance to take dad on his last drive! Amazing. Highly recommend their services.
