I’ve recently had my husbands funeral and I can’t thank all the team at Hallums enough for all they have done for me over the last few weeks,  nothing was too much trouble and have taken so much stress off myself in organising everything.

They have all been so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process and I would happily recommend them.,

All the staff were amazing! Very professional and supportive. They guided us through a very difficult time with sensitivity and understanding.
They were always reliable and on the day really more than met our expectations of timing, service and presentation.

Although Dad had a direct cremation the staff were excellent. They also did my mum's funeral 4 years ago which had a service & attended cremation. Also excellent.

Coop funeral home at holbury were absolutely fantastic. The care, respect, knowledge and professionalism were second to none. They helped me and guided me through a very sad and emotional time and made everything the best it could possibly be. My husbands funeral was as perfect as I wanted it to be but only because of the staff there.

Barbera & her Team were wonderful in organising Mums funeral and made a difficult period easier for us to cope with as a family.
Charlene was very comforting when we took Dad to the Chapel of Rest, we are so thankful to her for her care of Mum & compassion with Dad, at the most traumatic time in his life.
Morten, the Undertaker, was extremely efficient in keeping us updated with what to expect on the day of Mums funeral & with his Team, respectful & supportive on the day.

Overall handled the funeral very well and sensitively.  Only improvement is ensuing office has backup in event of holiday and sickness. Neil was off for a while and initially there appeared to be lack of clarity on what we had agreed with him. Jess stepped into the breach and all was sorted. Response to my emails was good.  The young lady who led hearse in was great, smiling and very pleasant. Lifted our spirits. Lynda also did a great job too

The efforts made by Barbera and Jess to provide a lovely send off for Mum were over and beyond.
Through reasons beyond their control, plans did not go as smoothly as we may have hoped with a part of our wishes.
