Barbara handled everything with compassion and kindness. She made all the arrangements with hospice, funeral parlour, SGH, Brain Tissue Donation Bank and Crematorium, ensuring my mums last wishes were granted.

Barbara’s experience was evident and her professionalism was reassuring at a difficult and emotional time. 

Our family are very pleased we used Co-Operative Funeral Care( inc R Hallum).

The care given to my mum Ethel Young was second to none,from collecting my mum after she passed away with great dignity to her Funeral everything went well.
The only issue was the miscommunication about the change of time that the Pall Bearers were not there on time so we were delayed.
This was dealt with very professionally and the trolley was bought out but wasn’t needed as they arrived.

The staff where wonderful, very kind,caring and helpful. It was lovely to be able to see our funeral arranger during our initial visit, Our original minister was unable to carry out the service at very short notice and his replacement then contracted covid! The staff were really patient, finding the time to speak with all three ministers. 
I cannot recommend them highly enough

Mr Austin and his team at Co-op Funeralcare, Holbury, were so supportive. My Mother's funeral was beautiful and peaceful, exactly as we asked; her blue coffin was lovely. Mr Austin was professional and sympathetic and took me through everything I needed to do and what he would do and supported me in my choices. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our first meeting to sort the funeral was shocking. It was very much a selling meeting and one I certainly didn’t expect to be talking about being credit checked or having to pay half the money up front.  We had no updates re progress and Theresa was left at the hospital for a week before we had to chase and chase for her to be transferred to the funeral directors.  Then Barbara returned from leave and our whole experience changed she was brilliant and sorted everything as it should be. We can’t praise her enough.  It’s a shame the first 10 days were not as it should have been.

Having had Co-operative Funeralcare (R.Hallum) arrange both Mum & Dads funerals within 9 weeks of each other we were, once again, extremely impressed. For Dads funeral on 6th June, Jessica & Barbera administratively put everything in place and Morten and his Team on the day. We had requested the same Team as were present with Mums (11th April), which was accommodated in full. Thanks to Charlene for driving Dad on the day and taking the route requested for his final journey. You did him proud. Thank you.

They were sympathetic, efficient and unhurried.After our initial visit to the funeral directors they continued to advise us by e-mail about decisions we had to make, and tasks we needed to complete in order for the funeral to be as we wanted. On the day of the funeral everything ran smoothly. We appreciated all their work and would recommend their services.

My mother's funeral was dealt with in a sympathetic and professional way. Jess handled the arrangements meeting with us and phoning if needed she was kind and courtesy.
The gentleman who lead the funeral on the day was excellent explaining by phone and on the day procedures. Martyn Douglas was also kind and courtesy explaining by visit and on the phone what was required. Overall excellent service and support in a difficult time. Thank you
