Cannot fault the service we received for our mum. Mum was our world and had suffered horrendous pain in her last few years, she was 91 when she passed.  When we saw her the co-op had made her look 20 years younger, beautiful and totally at peace. Claire and Charlene were so supportive, helpful and caring.  We had the basic pre-paid plan, everything was great.  I highly recommend the co-op in Holbury Southampton- Thankyou

We were really disappointed with the service we received from the funeral director. 
We were disappointed to hear Barbara Ince couldn’t deal with the funeral as we have received so much compensation and help from Barbara and if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have had any support or information about the funeral we would give Barbara a 5 star review but the service from the funeral director was no more than a 2!!! And we are now nearly 2 months on from the funeral and we’ve not been updated re collection of the ashes, very poor service

This was my first time arranging a funeral. From the moment my daughter and I stepped foot into the funeral home we were treated with dignity and respect by Charlene. She listened to our needs and was able to reassure us that these would be met which they were. There was no pressure to add anything that was not necessary. This visit was followed up by e mail and a further follow up phone call to ensure everything was in place. The cremation went exactly as we had planned. Thank you for making an incredibly difficult time in our lives that little bit easier

Given conflicting information about interment of ashes ar Beaulieu cemetary. Appointment made and cancelled. Added to distress at what is a very distressing time. Barbara and Clare very pleasant and empathetic but business seems to be hampered by too few staff.

The funeral organisers and directors helped us give Dad the send off he would have wanted.

They guided us through this difficult time with sympathy and understanding.

They made sure we got exactly the music we wanted, by our chosen artists. This was very important for Dad, as music was a great passion for him.

I found them very professional .went above and beyond as doctor messed the medical notes up thus delaying getting death certificate. Laura went all out trying to sort this with the doctor ,only just managing to register one week before funeral very distressing for me and family .made very good suggestions as my son is specail needs and autistic and decided with help of carers and myself not to attend funeral ,so suggestions put forward little mementos of richard favorite things he did with his dad .by putting his football shirt on chair in church .so there in thought .The horse and carriage was beautifully done so pleased with the running of funeral massive thank you .have not heard of the ashes yet or the return of my husbands wedding ring .so awaiting a phone call .but very pleased with the funeral and care .Mrs j dunnings.massive thank you to Laura and your lovely staff.

As a family we had probably seen Hallums once too often last year, but the service from the team was personal to the individual situation each time. I would like to send a big thank you for making everything so perfect for both my late grandfather and fathers funerals. Special thanks to Barbera, Lauren and Neil who made sure every detail was just so. All three had a place to play in our fathers funeral especially, and made what was a really hard time for myself and my sister that bit easier. Thank you.

My brother and I were treated with kindness and respect. We were able to arrange a service that reflected our father. There was a small breakdown in communication regarding dad's clothes which caused some anxiety but their after service care has been great. Payment was dealt with efficiently.

We were looked after by Barbera , in the Holbury branch , when  my sons and I went to book my husband’s cremation . We found her so helpful, and so very understanding. The arrangements she made for us were perfect, exactly as we wanted them to be. Everything went according to plan, helping us enormously to come to terms with our situation.
