I simply don't have the words to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Barbera at Co-Op Funercare in Holbury. After Barbera supported me through my Dad's death a few years ago I knew I had to go back when my Mum sadly passed away in January. The time and care she gave me made the hardest of experiences manageable. Barbera is a sensational person and I will never be able to thank her enough for the help she has given me. For the love and care she has shown both my parents after their death I will be forever grateful. There is simply no better funeral home out there - Co-Op Funeral Care in Holbury is truly special. From the moment the Co-operative funeral care came to collect my dad, they showed nothing but respect towards him and compassion towards myself - thank you. 

Barbera Ince at the Holbury Office is an angel on earth and as she did with my mum, looked after both my dad and me. Her manner and compassion is second to none, and her little personal thoughtful touches, mean such a lot. She is a true credit to the company and funeral service. 

I was ‘over the moon’ with the finished Orders of Service and Memory Book - dad would have been truly touched.

As with Mum, Barbera arranged for dad to travel up to Bath for the funeral and personally rang me to say he had arrived safely. 

The funeral was overseen by Steve from the Warmly Office and he too was  genuinely compassionate and the service provided was personal and just as planned. 
 
I am truly thankful to all involved and wouldn’t hesitate to use the Co-operative again one day.

It took several attempts to get the funeral plan organised which was disappointing .
The service from Hallams was very caring and responsive to questions.
